Rape is horrible. It happened to me when I was a young girl in 72. You never forget and it stays locked in your mind forever. I have issues to this day because of it. I think there has to be a harsher punishment. For starters cut the rapist hands off like they do in Muslim countries. I also think something else should be cut off. A rapist is a bad person who has no conscience or soul. They are worthless in our society. Talking about it instead of doing something about doesn't stop a rapist. We need to make an example out of them and that will send a loud message to others before they even think about raping a kid or an adult. Video tape the punishment and blast it far and wide so show these creeps we mean it.
