Moderna pays $400 million in royalties to former Fauci led agency

Well, this is certainly interesting.

Moderna has just paid $400 million in royalties for their mRNA covid vaccine to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and they have also agreed to continue paying royalties in the future for every mRNA shot they sell.

Can you have a guess as to who was the boss at NIAID up until last year? Of course it was none other than Dr. Fauci. Questions need to be asked if there was any conflicts of interest here…

Moderna has so far sold about $36 BILLION worth of their covid mRNA vaccines. That is a lot of money.

Turns out that the reason Moderna is paying these royalties is because they borrowed a technique from government-funded research to MODIFY the spike protein mRNA code used in the vaccines. They were modifying the spike protein used in the shots, in the original research done on MERS they added two amino acids to the spike protein to make a stronger immune response.

So in other words, the government owns intellectual property that is key to the Moderna mRNA shot and they want cash for it.

This should probably be bigger news, but as usual it is being censored. It you search for this topic on Google right now, you are greeted with this Orwellian message.

In 2020, the NIAID came with this press release saying that the clinical trials showed promising results that the shots were safe and effective. But the same organization, at the time run by Fauci, are now getting a massive paycheck. Conflicts of interest much?

People were coerced, and in some countries forced to take these shots if they wanted to keep their jobs or to be allowed to do daily activities like eating at restaurants. People were more or less forced to take these shots and as a result LINING the pockets of the government and no doubt Fauci got some nice paychecks from it as well.

How much corruption has been going on in the background? Is this why the shots were being pushed so hard onto people, so that some could get their paychecks? Is this why people have been censored so much for merely saying anything negative about these shots? I’m beginning to wonder.

We know that during lockdowns there was a massive wealth transfer. The rich got even richer. Small businesses went bankrupt because of the lockdown insanity.

This seems like quite a lot of corruption to me. I mean, it would be one thing if the government helped invent the vaccines and people were free to choose whether to get it or not.

But people were coerced into taking it and many couldn’t give informed consent because there was so much propaganda by the mainstream media and constant messaging from the ”experts” about safe and effective, despite the fact that we still don’t have any long term safety data on this brand new gene therapy technology.

That is the really bad part. People were more or less forced to take this shot or have their lives ruined in many parts of the world. So many people took it, thus making a lot of money for some people.
