Is there any word on whether Hungary will pay the fines? I truly hope they don't either open their borders or pay the EU's extortion demands.

Schengen is dead
I think it is a sign of the times. Open borders are no longer politically viable.
Well, after researching 'Schengen' I now know something I didn't before reading Peter's post. That's a good thing. But if 'Schengen is dead' - is that a good or a bad thing, in your opinion?
