I have been wronged so much and have had to take it lying down as Legal Aid in South Africa, their advice line, is no good. When I mention my name, they cut me off telephonically. I saw the University of Cape Town law clinic about 1+ years ago and they sent me a SMS that they cannot help me until I am evicted. (I have had issues with the property manager, his brother, relatives of the late chairman and his late wife), they sent false reports, lying emails to the owner of my flat (my daughter in London) and she has distanced herself after paying a private social worker who had me assessed in 2021 where I lay for 3 weeks in a psychiatric unit of a nearby hospital, before being discharged. Their reason was insufficient beds during Covid. It was the wrongful admission of an older person. ( I look younger than I am.) Sorry if this is personal, or off the subject. I need a mental health advocate, property lawyer. I have usufruct where I live. I put my flat on my daughter in London's name. There was a bad fire in the complex on 11 September. All is quiet, but they find fault with me over the smallest thing. I am offended that they sent emails to my daughter (the owner) behind my back, lied about my conduct and threatened to have me forcefully removed. Now I am taking drugs daily chronic (Haloperidol, the lowest dosage) to keep me calm and sleep well at night. (It is a long story, but I am completely innocent) I told an ex-tenant that if her ex-mother in law bothered me I would slit her throat. It was an expression of speech. The body corporate then sent a letter to my daughter that I threatened to stab a tenant. I have been living here since 1978. Not much longer to live, unless God spares me.

Not the first time I have seen this, the Jehova Witnesses in Australia went after a friend of mine after he leveled similar claims. When he returned from overseas the Federal Police were waiting for him. This was just one of a litany of harrassing and intimidation techniques used against him. Turning up on his doorstep late at night, following him in public, discrediting him to those who would listen. They all work out the same playbook, Scientology, the Moonies, many fundamentalist christian groups. Keep putting the pressure on him but make sure you get the police involved. Whenever you find anything near your car or house, call the police, followed in your car, drive to the local police station immediately and report it. Its not going to be easy but you should not have to fund a lawyer, use the law enforcement authorities against them.

But as an older widow living in expensive Belgium, I can't financially show my sympathy and concern. I have a hard time tithing in my own church. This may seem silly and not very Christian but so often I have asked God to let me win some money so I can help a multitude of Christians who are in dire needs. Even those who search for the truth - at their life's risk - are included. But God obviously thinks this is not a good thing for me...
