Denmark to stop general offer of covid vaccine to children
The country is updating their vaccination program for this fall.
Denmark was one of the first countries to remove restrictions earlier this year, and now they are updating their vaccination program for the fall that is set to start on October 1st 2022.
On the 1st of February Denmark removed all restrictions and fast forward to the 26th of April new infections had fallen by 96% in just 3 months.
Not only did they remove all their restrictions, but in May this year they suspended their covid vaccination program.
But now the covid vaccination program returns.
They will primarily be offering a booster vaccination to anyone aged 50 years or older and they also recommend people who haven’t received any doses to get vaccinated.
But…
However, children under 18 will no longer be offered a covid vaccine and can only get one after a recommendation by a doctor.
Here’s the text from the Danish health authorities website.
”Children and adolescents only very rarely have a serious course of illness due to covid-19 with the omicron variant, which is why the offer of primary vaccination for children between 5 and 17 years will not be a general offer, but can be given after a specific medical assessment, cf. the Danish Health Authority's guidelines.”
“The Danish Health Authority does not currently plan on recommending vaccination to persons under the age of 18 as a group,” said Lotte Bælum, a spokesperson for the Danish Health Authority told AP News
So Denmark is now changing course and no longer offering the vaccine to children under 18 unless they get a doctors recommendation.
Just last year I was in Denmark and I was denied access to eat inside at KFC because I did not have a covid passport.
Now all restrictions are gone including the covid passports and they aren’t even recommending the vaccine to children under 18 anymore.
Times have changed.
I have similar experiences. In Riga, Latvia in february i wasnt served a coffee when the cafe couldnt scan my vaccine passport (i took one j&j in july 2021 to be able to travel). Then i was thrown out of the Riga bus station because got a coffee from a machine and while was drinking it was not wearing the mandatory face mask. Then moving on to Estonia the covid pass was checked by normal bar people when wanted a meal and even when went to the cheapest bar in Tallinn (ufopubi) with all my personal details. Blatant human rights and privacy violations. Will not be forgotten or forgiven. If anyone says the Baltic states are fascist, they are not joking.
As long as it is only OFFERING and not forcing as they did in Italy to us over 50's. It has been the most awful period to go through and I will never forgive them for how they treated us. Bearing in mind ALL the emerging dangers of these jabs, they should simply be taken OFF THE MARKET. End of.
