Based on the information that you gave about the effect being primarily with younger women, my guess is a lot less dramatic than expected: The bastard, violent, motherf*ckers that compose the majority of the population decided to send the police with guns to make sure that everyone was arrested at their homes for about 2 years.
During this period, the girls have not met the guys that they would have in regular conditions. And given that only real men and real women can procreate, you don't have the babies that these couples would have produced. I really feel sorry for these teenagers who lost two of the most precious years of their lives.
Anyway, if this is true, it should go back to normal within 2 years.
The bastard mRNAs accumulate in the ovaries + testes. However, whilst the testes levels were reasonably flat at 48 hrs. (when study was stopped), the amounts in the ovaries appear to be exponentially increasing. It will almost certainly not go back to normal for the jabbed people.

What do the rates look like in countries with few or no COVID jabs? Using 2019 as reference year?
